A Thermal Deck is composed of a continuous core of rigid foam insulation laminated between two layers of structural board. The result is a simple, fast, high efficient decking system that provides superior thermal performance and substantially greater strength than conventional stud construction.

• The panels are laminated in our factory to the size and specifications needed for your job. The deck is assembled on site using a basic tongue and groove style. 

Why use a Thermal Deck?

• Reduced labor costs, high level insulation. Framing, insulation and vapor barrier all manufactured at Sunspace, delivered on site via the local dealer for immediate installation.
• Thermal decks have been ULC tested and proven to be as much as two times stronger than 2x4 and 2x6 wood frame construction.
